How do we observe ourselves?

In my practice, it starts with taking care of your body.

Letʻs talk about your body with an example of a house.

If you have a house, would you like to have a house that has well furnished furniture?

Would you feel comfortable if natural sunlight and a calm breeze came into your house?

Thereʻs no house that cleans and opens up windows when the wind comes.

We can experience a nice breeze because at home your house is ready to welcome those things.

In the same way, you need to take good care of your physical body to bring sattva in your life.

By doing so, you will realize your divinity in you.

For my practice, I focus on three things: food, daily life and sleep.
