Under no circumstances shall the translator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or legal complications arising from translation use.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for verifying translations that meet their specific requirements and for obtaining additional professional review when required by law or regulation.
Time-Sensitive Documents: While every effort is made to meet deadlines, the translator is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Confidentiality: All documents are handled with strict confidentiality, but clients should remove or redact sensitive information not essential to translation.
